Shipment & Pick-up
Currently we ship our products in New Zealand only.
When you purchase multiple items, you only pay for the first shipment fee.
Each order is normally packed and sent within 1~2 working days, so please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be delivered.
Alternatively pick-up is available if you live in/near the Bay of Islands, New Zealand.
We have our market stall at the Old Packhouse Market in Kerikeri, on the 3rd Saturday of the month.
Payment
We accept VISA, MASTER, AMEX, PayPal, and Bank Transfer.
Note : We use PayPal system to pay by credit cards, but you don't have to have PayPal account.

As our products are handmade, we normally stock only one each products.
We make and stock new products again once they are sold, but some of our products may/can not be replace once sold as we don't have same materials to make.
